Oral presentation and poster guidelinesOral presentation and Specifications All presentations must be conducted entirely in English. Each session includes a 15-minute presentation followed by 5 minutes for questions. Please strictly adhere to this schedule and ensure that your presentation does not exceed 15 minutes. There is no specific template. You are free to use your own design. Please upload your PowerPoint files by August 16, 2024, on the website by clicking on "My Submissions"
Poster Size and Specifications Size: A0 (85 cm wide by 120 cm high) Orientation: Portrait Language: Posters must be writen in Engilsh. Mounting: Double-sided tapes and push pins will be provided to attach your poster to the board. Design: There is no specific template. You are free to use your own design. Just ensure your poster includes clear diagrams and text that can be easily read from a distance of 1.5 meters. Printing: We can print your posters at no cost, but you must upload the PDF file by August 9 on the website by clicking on "My Submissions" Setup: Please put up your poster in the dedicated room upon your arrival on Monday, August 26 morning. Poster Preparation Tips: Engage Discussion: Posters should stimulate discussion, not serve as long presentations. Keep text to a minimum, emphasize graphics, and ensure every item included is necessary. Aim for 20% text, 40% graphics, and 40% space. Unacceptable Formats: Typewritten, handwritten, or printed PowerPoint slides are unacceptable as posters. Consistency: Maintain consistent margins.
